sudo wget --output-document=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/$(lsb_release -cs).list && sudo apt-get --quiet update && sudo apt-get --yes --quiet --allow-unauthenticated install medibuntu-keyring && sudo apt-get --quiet update


next install ffmpeg



sudo apt-get install -y ffmpeg ubuntu-restricted-extras libmp3lame0 libdvdcss2 w32codecs




this example works Very Happy

ffmpeg -i input.flv -vn -f mp3 nout.mp3
